Paul LLP Wins Two Trials in November

November was a busy month for Paul LLP Trial Attorneys. We won two trials.

The first involved a group of law firms who had an agreement to split certain winnings from a lawsuit they worked on together. Our client, one of the firms, was accused of not sharing the winnings as agreed to, and were sued. The bench ruled in favor of our client, as well as in favor of our counter-claim. In the other trial, our client was working on purchasing an apartment building and took over managing the building before the sale was officially complete. Then, the deal to buy the building fell through, and our client was sued by its owner for more than $2.5 million dollars, under accusations that our client of mismanaged the property. We countersued seeking damages for unpaid property management services and other claims. The jury found in our favor and awarded us damages for unpaid property management services.

We are proud of the hard work our team put into these two cases to get our clients the outcomes they needed. These cases are not the kind of work we normally take on, but they were the right thing to do.
