Haley joined Paul LLP with a passion for advocating for safe and responsible industry practices. She comes to us with an extensive background in legal research and writing after completing a two-year judicial clerkship for the Honorable Sarah E. Warner of the Kansas Court of Appeals. The Kansas Court of Appeals hears all appeals from the district court in both civil and criminal cases, except those that are appealed directly to the Kansas Supreme Court.

Haley graduated from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law in 2022 with Pro Bono Honors and an emphasis in Advocacy. While at UMKC, Haley took full advantage of the opportunities afforded to her. She competed on the National Moot Court Team; served as a Teaching Assistant for UMKC’s Legal Research and Writing Program; participated as a Student Clinician in the Federal Sentencing Mitigation Clinic; and was a UMKC Law Review Staff Member. Haley externed for a federal judge at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and interned at the Federal Public Defender for the District of Kansas and the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor. She also worked at a private criminal law firm specializing in state and federal habeas corpus appeals in Missouri.
