Haley focuses her practice on consumer protection, mass tort, class action, and complex antitrust litigation. She represents clients in state and federal courts across the country as well as in arbitration. Most recently, Haley has concentrated her practice on the Kia and Hyundai vehicle theft litigation. Haley has second-chaired multiple arbitrations, gaining hands-on experience in motion practice, oral advocacy, and litigation strategy. Haley is deeply committed to her clients and approaches each case with the passion and persistence needed to achieve meaningful results.

Before joining Paul LLP, Haley served as a judicial law clerk for Chief Judge Sarah E. Warner on the Kansas Court of Appeals. In that role, she refined her legal research, writing, and reasoning skills. Haley’s time as a judicial law clerk continues to inform her ability to deliver clear and persuasive advocacy on behalf of her clients.

Haley earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law in 2022 with an emphasis in Advocacy. She was recognized for both scholarship and service, earning Best Brief and Top Overall Advocate in the Ellison Moot Court Competition, serving as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant, being inducted into the Order of Barristers, and completing more than 250 hours of pro bono service.

Outside of practicing law, Haley is an active member of her community. She is a dedicated volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters—Kansas City, supporting the organization’s mission to empower local youth through one-to-one mentoring. Haley is also a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Society for Women Trial Lawyers, the Kansas Bar Association, the Kansas Women Attorneys Association, and the Association for Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City.
