Paul LLP Trial Attorneys helps people who have been hurt unduly by a variety of industries.

Agriculture

We have extensive experience litigating cases on behalf of farmers, including our leadership roles in prosecuting and trying claims resulting in a $ 1.51 billion dollar settlement for corn farmers and a $400 million settlement for soy farmers. Those cases arose out of injuries caused to farmers from the irresponsible release of new biotech systems. Our representation of farmers is as diverse as it is extensive. We are currently prosecuting antitrust claims on behalf of cattle farmers and on behalf of farmers against crop input manufacturers and wholesalers. In addition to our representation of farmers, we have developed a robust mass tort practice, prosecuting claims for personal injuries certain pesticides have caused and continue to cause. Many of these claims are brought by farmers and farm families who have used these pesticides for many years without knowledge of the harmful impact of these products.

Pharmaceutical Drugs and Devices

We have a breadth of experience in ensuring manufacturers take responsibility for products that cause harm or injury to consumers. Injury can result from products with faulty design or improper manufacturing, as well as a company’s failure to warn consumers of possible injury or unwanted side effects from use of that product. Consumer protection is important to us, and we’ve taken on large corporations to ensure consumer safety.

Banking

Banks provide critical services to consumers and are a key aspect of our economy. But sometimes banks exploit this position of power and take advantage of their customers. We have litigated numerous claims against some of the largest banks in the country. We have prosecuted diverse claims, ranging from mismanagement of consumers’ mortgages and abusive practices relating to overdraft fees.
