Rick Paul Appointed Interim Co-Lead Counsel in Zelis Lawsuit

Rick Paul has been appointed as co-lead counsel in the class action antitrust lawsuit the medical billing company Zelis. This is a crucial step for the litigation and is an important milestone for the victims of Zelis’s unfair business practices.

Rick is taking on interim co-lead counsel duties with Jason S. Hartley of Hartley LLP. This appointment also approved the consolidation of three individual Zelis cases into one larger lawsuit. The judge who approved this action stated that he believed that Paul LLP and Hartley LLP have the “experience, resources, and ability to fairly and efficiently represent the interests of the putative class.”
