Drollinger v. Network Global Logistics LLC, Action Couriers Inc., and Medical Logistic Solutions LLC
Network Global Logistics LLC, Action Couriers Inc., and Medical Logistic Solutions LLC (“Network Global”) together operate a medical courier service in Colorado, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Network Global employs couriers who use their own automobiles to deliver laboratory specimens, organs, blood, pharmaceuticals, patient records and other medical goods. A lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado against Network Global claiming that they fail to reimburse those medical couriers for the cost of the business use of their vehicles, which causes the medical couriers’ net wages to fall below the federal and Montana minimum wages during some or all workweeks. Copies of the Complaint and Notice of Collective Lawsuit are available below.
